Along the way we meet a stranger and he explains the Old Testament scriptures to two of his followers who were so depressed about Jesus’s death they didn’t recognize him. Then he breaks bread with them and the mystery is revealed – they were in the presence of the risen Savior and Lord! This Sunday, join us on the road to Emmaus, as we celebrate Jesus Christ’s resurrection and what it means for our AWAKENING. Dave Baxter will be teaching from Luke 24. This year there will be two Saturday egg hunts, April 1st and April 8th, both at noon for all ages. So how can you serve? By purchasing eco friendly eggs and filling them with candy/toys for little ones to enjoy, by lending a hand for set up and or clean up, by donating or financially contributing.
