Jesus did not intend for salvation to be a box you check to get into heaven. He came so that we may have life abundant. As believers we are called to live our faith with ACTION just as Christ did and commanded us to do. If we sit comfy in our faith, sin creeps into our lives allowing room for the slick works of satan to get a foothold. The German church in the 1930’s was silent in the face of evil. We know the atrocity that followed. Why has the American church fallen not only silent in the face of evil, but in some cases, condoning it? Join us Sunday 10AM @fallbrookvineyardchurch as we engage in conversation on the American church; it’s history, it’s present, and the crossroads it’s at now. Is the church calling out sin? Is the church defining sin as the Bible does? Is the church acknowledging and taking a stand against satan? James calls it like it is in 4:17, “Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.”James tells us in 2:26 ”For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.” Church, what are we going to do for Christ?
