The book of Genesis is foundational- for everything! Your worldview is shaped on your belief of the historical events recorded in Genesis. The book contains the famous accounts of creation, the fall of man, the flood, the Tower of Babel, the Messianic lineage, of Adam and Eve, Cain and Abel, the patriarchs Abraham Isaac and Jacob, and the victorious life story of Joseph which parallels our Messiah, Jesus Christ. The Lord allowed us to take our time all through 2023 to dig into the book of Genesis as a church family. What a beautiful and revealing journey it’s been!
